Senior AI Engineer — Agentic Systems

You will design and ship production agents for enterprise clients: orchestration, tool use, evaluation, and the guardrails that make autonomy acceptable. You work in small teams with a partner, a client platform team, and real users.
What you will do
- Build agents and orchestration layers with explicit state and typed tools
- Design evaluation suites and golden datasets
- Instrument systems for traces, quality, and cost
- Coach client engineers
What you bring
- 5+ years building production software, 2+ with LLM systems
- Python and at least one of TypeScript, Go, or PHP
- Experience with evaluation, observability, and cloud deployment
- Fluent English; French or German a plus
