AI Opportunity Assessment

A prioritised, costed portfolio of AI use cases and a 12-month roadmap in four weeks.

3–4 weeks Fixed fee

A rapid diagnostic of where AI creates value in your business. We interview leaders and operators, inventory data and systems, and score every candidate use case on value, feasibility, and risk — so you fund the two or three that will work, and park the rest with a reason.

Who it's for

  • CEOs and COOs whose board has asked for an AI plan
  • CIOs who need a defensible prioritisation before budget season
  • Operations leaders with a long list of ideas and no way to rank them

What you get

Prioritised use-case portfolio (value / feasibility / risk scorecard)
Value model per shortlisted use case, with baseline assumptions
12-month roadmap with data, platform, and governance dependencies
Executive readout and board-ready summary

How it works

  1. 01

    Discover

Leadership interviews, process walk-throughs, and a systems and data inventory.

  2. 02

    Generate & score

We build a long list of use cases and score each on a shared scorecard with your team.

  3. 03

    Model value

For the shortlist we quantify cost, benefit, and time-to-value with your finance partner.

  4. 04

    Readout

Roadmap, dependencies, and a recommended first production system.

Technical notes

We inventory source systems, integration patterns (APIs, events, batch), identity and access model, and existing ML/LLM tooling. Feasibility scoring weighs data availability, integration effort, latency and throughput requirements, and regulatory classification under the EU AI Act.

Questions

Between 30 and 60 on the long list, narrowing to 8–12 scored in depth and 2–3 recommended for funding.

No. Data readiness is one of the feasibility dimensions we score. The assessment tells you which use cases are blocked by data and what it would cost to unblock them.

A portfolio workbook, a written roadmap, and a 60-minute executive readout. Everything is yours to reuse.

A 30-minute discovery call, or the 5-minute readiness assessment. Either way you leave with a next step.
