Privacy policy

This policy explains how Neuronetix processes personal data collected through this website. We act as data controller. Data is stored in the European Union (OVHcloud, France).

What we collect and why

• Contact, assessment, and report forms — name, work email, company, role, message, and your answers. Lawful basis: consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
• Newsletter — email address, processed on the basis of consent; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics loaded only after consent. IP addresses are not stored; we keep a salted hash for abuse prevention only.
• Technical logs — retained for 30 days for security.

Retention

Leads are retained for 24 months unless a client relationship begins. Job applications are retained for 6 months (12 with consent). You may request export or erasure at any time.

Processors

OVHcloud (hosting), our transactional email provider, and — where enabled — a CRM and an analytics provider, each under a data-processing agreement and EU data residency.
