Financial Services & Insurance

Agents for operations and risk, governed to DORA and EU AI Act standards.

Banks and insurers have the volume, the rules, and the regulators that make governed agents the obvious investment — and the hardest to get right.

Use cases

Where AI pays off in Financial Services.

Claims triage and first-notice-of-loss Agents classify, enrich, and route claims with human approval above thresholds.
KYC and onboarding document checks Document extraction and verification with full audit trail.
Complaints and regulatory correspondence Drafting and classification with oversight for regulated outcomes.
Credit and underwriting copilots Grounded summaries of files and policies for analysts.
Financial-crime alert handling Alert enrichment and narrative drafting for investigators.
Policy and procedure retrieval Permission-aware search over internal policy and product documentation.

Regulatory notes

What the rules require.

DORA applies to ICT risk for in-scope entities, including third-party AI providers. Credit scoring and insurance pricing that affect individuals are likely high-risk under the EU AI Act and require conformity documentation, human oversight, and logging. We design to both from day one.
